Services for Young People
Counselling & Psychotherapy
I have extensive experience working with children and young people with a range of presenting concerns such as anxiety, low mood, self-harm, low self-esteem and many more. I have worked in schools for many years and continue to work as a school counsellor. I have worked with young people for over 6 years and am a qualified teacher. Following my teaching career, I completed my Masters Degree in counselling and now combine my pastoral and psychological knowledge to support young people. This blend of experience makes me uniquely placed to support young people with concerns such as anxiety, Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA), exploring and advocating for young peoples Special Educational Needs (SEN), low mood, self-harm and many more.
