I have worked as a counsellor for the past few years following a career change from education. Since then, I have worked with many adults and young people to support them in navigating the complexities of past and current experiences.

I am passionate about providing a safe and calm space for the individuals that I work with to explore challenges they are facing in their lives. I wanted to create an ethos and environment which nurtures you to grow as you move through the different phases of life; this is why I created LP Counselling & Psychotherapy.

I look forward to hearing from you to explore what your counselling journey may look like.
